Huli Huli means Turn Turn in Hawaiia

Spatchcocked chicken is brined and grilled over hot charcoal and Mesquite wood whilst constantly being basted.

Each rotation intensifying flavours of our signature marinade; pineapple, soy sauce, tomato, garlic, ginger and chilis.
Sprinkled with a handful of secret spices.
Served with grilled pineapple, tropical fried rice and mac salad.
