“Born on the street food scene in 2021, our Huli Huli chicken marinade became a festival favourite across the country. The response was so strong, we bottled it — bringing our BBQ marinade and homemade sauces from the street food scene straight into people’s homes.
In 2024, we launched our award winning Volcano Mayo. Customers called it “an explosion of flavour” — and it’s been our best-seller ever since.”

huli huli means
Spatchcocked chicken, brined and grilled low over hot charcoal and mesquite — constantly turned, constantly basted. Every rotation locks in more flavour from our signature marinade: pineapple, soy sauce, tomato, garlic, ginger and chilli.
Finished with a handful of secret spices, and served the way it’s always been — with grilled pineapple, tropical fried rice and mac salad.
That’s Hawaiian food: a fusion born from Polynesia, Japan, Asia, Europe and the Americas — all on one plate.
