My name is Igor Bekaert, and together with my wife Ann, we are the creators and founders of Huli Huli Sauce Co. I've cooked as a self-taught chef — originally a pastry chef — across many different cuisines, in all four corners of the world. It was while living in Mexico that I truly found my passion for Pacific fusion food, specifically Hawaiian Huli Huli chicken.
I've taken that knowledge and carefully created a recipe collection suitable for the whole family, with true foodies in mind — from the grill to the stovetop, weeknight dinners to weekend feasts.
