Chicken Rub

Description:

A warm, layered blend built on coriander, paprika and ginger, with cardamom and fenugreek adding depth most rubs skip. Rub it into chicken before it hits the grill — or skip the chicken altogether and shake it straight onto chips. Fair warning: plain chips won’t cut it again after this.
